Welcome to Cains Threads! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Custom Orders

All rugs are handmade and made-to-order. Due to the custom nature of our products, slight variations in size, color, or texture may occur. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations.

2. Design Approval
  After discussing your design, we will provide a digital mock-up for your approval. You’ll have 48–72 hours to review and approve the design. Once confirmed, no further changes can be made, so please ensure you're completely satisfied with the final concept. If no response order will be cancelled.

3. Payment Terms

A [50% deposit / full payment] is required to begin production on your custom rug. Final payment (if applicable) must be completed before the rug is shipped or delivered. We accept [all major credit cards, Apple Pay, cash app, Square].

4. Production Timeline

Production times vary based on rug size and complexity, typically ranging from [5-7days]. You will be notified of the estimated timeline upon ordering. Delays due to material shortages or external factors will be communicated promptly.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost items caused by third-party shipping carriers. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds unless the product arrives damaged due to a fault on our end. If you receive a damaged rug, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos of the damage.

7. Care Instructions

We recommend following the care guide provided with your rug. Improper care or cleaning methods may void any agreements regarding repairs or replacements.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs created by Cains Threads are the intellectual property of the business and may not be reproduced or used without written permission. Custom designs provided by clients remain their intellectual property but may be used by us for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cains Threads shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
