Rug Care Instructions

Thank you for choosing one of our luxury handmade rugs. To preserve the beauty, quality, and longevity of your custom piece, please follow these care guidelines:

• Do NOT machine wash or dry. These are luxury, handmade rugs and are not designed for heavy-duty cleaning equipment.
• We recommend keeping your rug in a clean, dry area away from high foot traffic, moisture, or direct sunlight. These pieces can also be displayed as art and hung on the wall.
• For dry stains, gently scrape away any excess debris using a dull edge, then carefully vacuum the area.
• For wet stains, use a paper towel or undyed cloth to blot and absorb as much liquid as possible—do not rub.
• Dampen the stained area with lukewarm water using a soft cloth or sponge. Blot again with a clean, dry cloth to lift the stain. Repeat as needed until the stain fades.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals or cleaning products, as these may damage the fibers or affect the color.
